App doesn't let me login. Whether through saved login or manual, the app says it's invalid. I even upgraded and got a new phone. Still nothing! I have to go to the actual website in order to check my account. Please fix. This has been going on long enough! Edit: It's been months. You guys gave me a reply, but you've yet to fix the issue with the login fields not recognizing the login credentials. You get 1 Star for not even bothering to fix your problem.

It was an "okay," app, although *primitive* and with a "bare bones" feeling. Now, when I log in with email and password, all the info I get is that my card is active--NO info on how much money is on my account. When I tap "View Card," I'm sent back to the login page to do it all again. It's frustrating; I guess the app developer figures it's just for old people, so it doesn't really matter. Live long enough, app developer, and you'll understand our 1-star ratings. 😒

Very frustrating. My auto saved password loads into the proper fields and then is immediately extinguished before I can even hit the login button. Additionally, this app doesn't allow you to return to it without having to log in again. major pain points! Additionally, there is no store finder/locator on the app that accepts this card as stated in the FAQs.

This app NEVER works! I sign in, and it shuts down with an error message. I have deleted, redownloaded, and updated. It is really frustrating when you are trying to shop in the store and can not use the bar code scan to see if the item qualifies, having to go to checkout blindly, and having to wait for associates to delete items that didn't qualify.

No stars. If I am ever able to login (rarely), the app freezes during biometric offer or during location query. Frustrating for sure. Tried putting the app on a different phone, but it just froze in a different place. Other outcomes include multiple deadends at "server error, try again in 30 seconds". This app is not compatible with Android, I'm thinking.

I haven't had any issues over the past year, but I recently had an "update required" notice when I opened the app. Unfortunately, every time I clicked to update now, instead of updating it just kept showing the "update now" screen. I couldn't get rid of it and it didn't do anything when I clicked on on it, so I ended up deleting the app and re-downloading it. So far the "update required" notice is gone. They really need to do better with their updates. Either they don't work or mess up login.

I don't know what is going on with the app but every time I try to scroll through things to order, it shuts down. This last time it did it, it didn't even give me a chance to report the issue either. Update: as of 10/2/2024, the app is still acting up, closing without the option to report an issue. I am trying to order supplies as I'm homebound and it's frustrating that I can't even scroll thru the list before it closes on me. I've uninstalled it and installed again with the same results. This app SUCKS!!! The purpose seems to be to allow the debit card to get hacked by someone on the opposite coast, no security or notifications, exposes card numbers. And worst of all is lousy sign in procedures, it auto- logs out just before you get to the register to pay. And even if you saved your login for autofill, it erases it forcing you to input manually. Then you don't even have the option to see what you are typing so you get it wrong and get locked out. Absolutely no seniors use it.
