It's not accurate to say you have a choice of exercises. Unless you pay, you get one exercise, whether it's one you like or not. The exercises are nice, but this app has nothing BUT its 11 exercises, and charges as much as apps with a whole library of meditations and tools. It's enjoyable to use but they are asking a ridiculous price for so little content compared to the competitors.

I didn't have a good experience. I downloaded this earlier this night because I have server anxiety, but I ended up feeling worse. if you can't pay for a monthly subscription then you can't do much. I found it was really overwhelming and scary. the only free calming exercise was a lot to handle and ended up just feeling horrible about it and out of control. this is really only meant 4 people who are having a moment. do not recommend if you have anxiety.

I love everything about this app! From the positive affirmations to the activities on learning how to deal with my anxiety, it's very helpful. I love that I can add my own affirmations for the home screen and triggers in my profile. I love the new breathe activity -- it helps me to relax. I also love getting notifications throughout the day to check in with my feelings. This app is full of helpful insights. Plus, it's free and no distracting ads. Thank you for creating such a great app!

They say the free version has several exercises, but when I entered my mood info, a message said, 'you aren't having negative thoughts so try one of our many activities.' But ALL activities were locked. And ALL 'Guides' were locked. There were no exercises for me to use. How can I decide to go Premium if I can't try anything in the free version first? I don't like giving low ratings before contacting the developer first - but I could not find any contact info anywhere - another pet peeve.

This app is quiet helpful. At first when I tried the app I wasnt taking it seriously but when I opened up to it to see if it would help it has helped me a bit. I have really bad anxiety, generalized/health anxiety and majority of the time I forget to get on the app but when I do I feel more relieved and have my thoughts more collected than out of control all over the place. I dont pay the app for special exercises or anything and it good.

Good way to work out anxiety issues but is there a way to go back and repeat a daily check in activity once it's complete?

This is amazing! There's a wide variety of techniques so if one doesn't work there's something very different to try. The level of interactivity during anxiety reduction activities feels not too much or too little. The interface is nice, and I like the section where you can do learning activities when you're feeling better. I have tried a lot of anxiety and mental health apps; I recommend anyone starting out to give this one a try due to the breadth of activities. Thank you to the developers!

Very disappointed this was....The best app I had tried so far. The Free features where a big plus especially when stress levels were high and there were lots of different free exercises now there are none. A year of access to exercises later and the free exercises have suddenly all been removed so the specific ones that helped my anxiety I can no longer access, so it actually adds to it now and 5.99 a month is a lot. Such a shame. Have had to delete.
