App has potential and some aspects are great but too many areas seem to be half-baked. For example if using the Booking function then customers can pay by credit card but it's NOT possible to refund them through the system. Refunds need to be made via another method e.g. bank transfer back to the customer. The Stripe commission structure is significant for small charges: it would be better to be able to use our own Stripe account but we are forced to use the Sportmember one.

Edit button keeps on disappearing on the team events I am captain for. So I can't actually pick the team. Renders the app useless at that point and I need to contact people separately.

I've just seen a negative comment on here and thought I should share my experience. I run a kayaking club and this app came out on top. It's well priced and has a lot of functionality to learn. They could do with a user guide, but once it's set up, it's simply awesome. Customer service has been great for me. New software always takes time to get used to. If you can find software with this functionality and less cost, i'd like to see it.

Absolutely dreadful app. Overly complicated, totally unintuitive. Doesn't actually work. My sons football team moved to using this app and since then I have spent many frustrating hours trying to use it It seems impossible to change a status after setting. It is impossible to accept transport offers. The whole child/ parent profile management is far too complicated. If I could give this app 0 stars I would.

I recently picked this app to plan events and organise cooperation between several ski clubs and have been pretty impressed with the ease of setting things up (importing data, creating activities, etc). Has great features like built in chat function, posts, website and parent profile to manage families. Had good support along the way!

I use SportMember for my club and for an academy that I am the lead admin of. For my club we have 18 teams and setting them all up has been a breeze. The level of detail and flexibility from this app is incredible. If you only want something to notify parents of training and match times with the location, this works perfectly, but if you want to also create an entire club hub with websites, calanders, payments, pitch bookings, social events and so much more, you can really go to town on this.

Updated the app and its really slow. Please fix this. It doesn't update team members and shows old data. The app has lot of issues likeunable to load images in chats now. Has become very buggy when the team uses it.
