TEAMO REWARDS
Teamo rewards extension uses the Accessibility API. This provides users who opt in to start using Teamo Rewards to save money and support their club when shopping online. The functionality allows the Teamo rewards plugin to access the users web browsing information to find related promotions for the websites the user visits, this data is anonymised and not stored. The user will be given information about discount vouchers and/or cash collected as they shop to raise money for their sports club. Users are given the option to opt out at any time.

Infuriating adding siblings My wife and I both want to see our 2 children's agenda's. Unfortunately the interface on this app is TERRIBLE it is not intuitive at all, hidden options/menus. Not even the coaches know how to do things, so I can add a new child but it's not a new child it's an existing child, it just says log in if you add someone who already exists. I hate this app so much.

One top tip. Android Mobile experience is different to Android Tablet experience. At least on the mobile there's a menu to navigate between screens. On tablet there is no way to access notifications. 99 notifications I can't even open one. Overall the mobile UI is still overly garish and the UX is laggy

Found issues, the support, to their credit reached out and have fixed things. Am on android, it can be clunky, but things are improving. Good diligence, hope it continues to improve

Here we are 7 months on since previous review and there is no improvement. If anything the android user experience has got worse. The app is forever trying to reconnect despite strong signal, unable to see updates even though there is an indicator showing new updates, unable to open notifications and yet my son's hockey club continues to use it. Please don't tell me to make sure I'm using the latest version as I have re-installed the app numerous times in the last few weeks

Absolutely awful. Full of full page adverts, some like "Android Update" is a 3rd party app. Nothing to do with Android. Doesn't install on my newish tablet, or my partner's. I can get it to run on my cheap Chinese phone, and the old PC. Why oh why does the team have to choose this one. Then repeat all the info on WhatsApp as not all can install Teamo!

Doesn't work well on android devices. I have to use 3 device to use Teamo, it works well on a computer using a web browser. When I am at home I use it on an ipad because it works faster on that than my phone. When I have to use it at matches I have no choice but to use teamo on my phone. Then it is deadly slow, if it will load. I often get asked to complete my profile, which I have done more times than I can remember this season. It can take 15 minutes to get to the team sheet.

I think designed as multi platform/multi OS? But I could make a list of problems. Slow to respond; poor design and not intuitive to use; doesn't behave like other (high quality) apps, for example the 'back' button doesn't work; often says the wrong number of unread chats when I have none; chat is often not synced and won't sync manually; notifications don't open the app in context of the message. Overall really not a fun experience. Often unstable. Otherwise great. :(

EDIT: 20 Nov 2018. Response to dev reply to my reviews. I give negative reviews because you have made 2 releases in the last 2 months that have made the app unusable (literally non functional). In one week, I'm pretty sure you released 5 updates to the app. Your product seems unreliable. This is why I don't like it. It's not because I don't like the background colour of your UI or something petty like that. Difficult to use your in-app support function too, when app crashes on startup. However, I will endeavour to use this facility for non critical issues EDIT: 18 Nov 2018. Critical bug fixed. V1.8.46 works. Hoping for a period of stability now. EDIT: 16 Nov 2018. Full, clean install of v1.8.45. Crashes EVERY time I reach the dashboard. Literally unusable. Previous version worked. Sick of the frequent updates and instability. S8 with official O2 Oreo firmware. EDIT: 4.18pm 11 Sep 2018. Another update has fixed check connection issues reported below. App is working faster too. Hopefully no further changes for a while! Review (11 Sep 2018): Functionality: Offers admin benefits for those running / managing sports teams. Provides club/team event platform. However, the very frequent updates imply something about stability levels. As a user, I've not seen new functionality to account for repeated updates. Sadly latest version (1.7.61) is completely broken (s8 running official O2/Samsung Oreo) - I've been verified etc but no content is loading. Stuck on loading screen, reporting "please check connection", despite reporting being connected. Could be a back end thing I guess. Same problem on WiFi and 4g, so either app bug or remote issue. Tried reinstall and force stop etc. Wouldn't want to organise a fixture though through this, when team mates literally can't connect to respond. Note that previous versions did work.
