Worst Internet Experience with STC I purchased a 300GB package for 3 months, thinking I could manage my usage as needed But to my surprise I was only allowed to use 100GB per month.Even worse, when I tried to use the last 100GB after two months, I couldn’t access it. I contacted support, and they told me it would be "available" after 12 days. Now my internet isn’t working, and when I reached out again, they said my subscription had expired and I needed to buy another one! This setup feels unfair

Every update log me out of my device and makes it untrusted device and I have to keep repeating the trusting device procedure everytime the app updates. Please fix the issue, my session and the update should be separate things. And the trusted device should be based on a mac address or something fix. Your IT should know better.

Worst telecommunications company ever, many employees make your life worse instead of helping you. All what they seek is money and just money, zero customer satisfaction. I wish I could give Zero stars instead. By the way, any client can change to mobily without loosing the number, it is very easy, mobily self service machines will give you a new sim also if you want to change from postpaid to prepaid you can directly convert to Mobily with no cost (STC will ask for app 70 SAR for the request)

Why do I need to register my mobile device every time I try to log into MYSTC for payment. The process involves in getting an automated call followed by '5' input. Followed by message to say this device has been registered! This happens every month that I try to pay my bills. Please rebook into this process which is either unnecessary or the message that the device has been registered is wrong. Have a great day.

Always update every week but the bug still there. The funny thing is we can't extend the package without unsubscribe first. K using the sawa plus which the price 175. I have to buy 100 riyal then 50 riyal then 25 riyal to automatically subscribe which 3 times I have to buy the balance. Also i have to log in everytime open this app.

Well try to improve your English communication, the language used is not good. Just an advice. While is am trying to login, it says " Your type of user is not allowed to login" lol. Better say "this SIM/number is not of this platform, better use Jawwy application to login. Thanks"

Horrible UX/UI u have to input ur card everytime, everytime u want to access all accounts u need to forget password and log in again, very glitchy when trying to add a card. Overall. Horrible interface but great customer service

Bad.. 1-It's sometimes not connected with the bank account when I want to recharge my balance. 2-Sometime the conformation massage to activate the selected sawa type not received. 3-Any action requested in the app will not be changed immediately, it says wait some time (which is unusual).. 4-The app need to be more clear and easier than now.. The items which I mentioned above, It happened in anytime and suddenly.. Note that a lot of users have same problems and some are different.
