The app sucks big time! You can't even chat with the agents properly. If by mistake you go to the home screen of your phone while talking to an agent and then try going back to the app, the chat session ends and you have to restart the chat session. Also they have been advertising for 53gb free data with yearly flexi plan which is misguiding.

Very buggy. logs out every time I restart the app. Super slow. the whole experience is very bad. completing a simple task such as a renewing data plan, taking more than 15m of try and error, restart, crashes, logging in again and again, and waiting for several minutes for screens to load.

Well about the app I have no issues. But regarding services am really pissed off. They have a postpaid plan which I activated unknowingly and after a few months I visited their service center for cancelation. Reaching there, I was asked to pay a hefty sum and promised to be automatically switched to prepaid. Just tonight I did receive another email with this month's bill. To make it worse they're unreachable on phone.

I've been a loyal user of this app for a long time, but the recent updates have made it frustrating to use. The app takes an unusually long time to open, which was never an issue with the older version. Additionally, recharging my number has become overly complicated. It's inconvenient to go out every time to recharge, especially when I rely on the app for convenience. This experience is making me consider switching to the Etisalat , as it seems to offer a smoother and more reliable experience.

By far, it is the worst app I have ever downloaded! I tried to find a way to recharge mobile data, but it always showed me roaming. I tried so hard to speak to an agent, and whenever it's possible, it lags and takes forever to reload, and I lose the agent. Useless. I am considering other options because of how awful it is to deal with DU.

The application does not consider the quality of the customer journey, and while it allowed me to choose an upgraded mobile package, it didn't upgrade the package and ended up overcharging into my wallet. calling customer care to resolve only made it worse, till this moment my complaint is not resolved and customer care email responses are are just plain meaning less. Horrible mobile app and overall customer service experience. I can't wait to finish my contracts with du and cancel my services!

Impossible to log in. Keeps sending me a verification email and doesn't move forward after click. Has a skip button, but doesn't skip step. Asks me to log in when I switch accounts and asks for 2-step verification when I'm using my phone (in 2024), when we have biometric safety that cannot be hacked... I'd use the website, but it doesn't send me the OTP it should. What a great experience.

Never managed to recharge data, it is just impossibile...every time there is an error. Let me add yes, you can recharge after many tentatives. Also that the app never works when it comes to cancellation of home services (guess what!) and the phone customer service seems trained to keep you in an infinite loop of nonsense by sending you back to the same menus over and over again. Reason? Probably so that you spend more money? Well done Du.
