this is a very well rounded app focusing in on a particular goal. the top critical review for this app, you can tell, comes from someone with no experience in fitness health. the fact that this app incorporates warming up your muscles for stretching allows for a deeper and safer stretch than trying to stretch a cold muscle. You would be holding yourself back and it would take much longer to attain the goal stretching cold muscles.

This app is the best app for getting splits! I'm 20 and I couldn't touch my toes I worked with this and now after 3 month I can do the splits and it was totally free!if you wanna do the splits this is the best app and be ready cuz its gonna hurt alot but you can do it like I did!thanks for your great app the only reason I gave 4 stars is that there is no description about moves and no injury prevention part.i wish you had some thing for over splits! This was awesome

Not a good experience, only 2 things are free and they arent developed very well. Touch your toes for 40 seconds for beginners?? 40 second joggong warmup to do splits?? come on...

The full body stretch challenge doesn't work and I paid for it thats why I'm giving this app one star. I even tried deleting and redownloading and it still doesn't work. Faulty app that takes your money.

They didn't tell me to switch sides on the first 2 stretches, so I stretched unevenly. I also found the whistling airhorn sound unpleasant.

there's not enough warm ups or stretching, its more about pulling your muscle and if i was really a beginning and not trying to just get back into doing my splits i would be in more pain than i am in now.

can't use it. the app keeps timing out. my phone keeps timing out. woul love to use it... it looks good but it doesn't stay on for me to use it. I'm using a Galaxy Note 9.

This app is so good, no ad and it's free. I had a tight hamstring but it feels better, it was painful but it was worth it, thanks for this great App 😘
