Noticed today that the app changed my settings and turned on camera uploads without my permission. Haven't used the app in some time and I don't appreciate settings changing that start uploading files to the cloud that I didn't approve. 0* if I could actually give that little. Beware of this app and their desire to collect your data. I will be deleting my account after backing up my data.

Service and Fees are great when compared to other companies. The UI however is extremely dull and somewhat buggy, and there's no dark mode. Putting the application into grid view also looks terrible with small thumbnails and a large three-doted vertical menu under each thumbnail. I'd suggest a overhaul of the UI (the same opinions apply to the desktop version as well).

Finally had to uninstall this from my phone. Constantly crashes it is completely unusable in this state. Few months back they implemented the ability to upload all your photos. It did some photos then stopped working. I contacted tech support February 26th. A ticket was created and has not been addressed yet they keep telling me to be patient it's been over 2 months now. Works fine on my PC and my tablet but on my phone it is a POS. What am I paying you guys for that's what I want to know???

Their mission is awesome! And I fully support it, but it is such a downgrade from Dropbox that it makes it hard to switch (ESPECIALLY when it comes to editing word documents on mobile and also in general). I want to pay for their premium service (b/c I have a lot of files), but it's just such a skeleton of a service, I don't know...

App freezes every time I open it on my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus (Verizon). No navigation inside the app. None of the feature slide (toggle) buttons work. No way to tell if a feature is "grayed out" due to being a premium feature (also no way to tell if a premium feature is available) or something like that, or whether the app has simply frozen. Uninstalled.

When it works, it works great. But I've been having issues where photos stop uploading and the app crashes on open, forcing me to clear storage/uninstall. It's so bad now that I cannot wait until my subscription is up to switch providers. I really like the features Sync provides but these issues have been going on for months and the dev team clearly can't be bothered to fix them. A shame too, because not many cloud storage offerings have what Sync does. But I am so done trying to get this to work.

No frills, straightforward interface. I appreciate that there are thumbnails with the images, so I can preview what I'm opening before choosing it. When I downloaded the app and signed on for the first time through my phone, all the files I had uploaded from my PC earlier in the day were all there--so no problem with syncing, so far.

I have this app set to upload photos (Photo Upload option) on Wi-Fi only. If I'm on Wi-Fi and take a photo it works fine and uploads immediately. However, photos taken off-line (or on LTE) do NOT upload automatically when I am later back on Wi-Fi. The only way to get it to upload these photos is to force stop the app and re-start it at which point it realizes there are new photos to upload. If photos/videos are in the process of uploading when I leave wi-fi coverage, the notification panel will freeze in the drop down notification pane and again requires a force quit to kill.
