After the latest update, the random app stoppages are worse. It's almost unusable. very slow with notifications. Is it maybe very slow because it's now showing all calls FOR THE LAST 500 DAYS⁉️ Could that have something to do with it❓

app was fine until I received an update last week, now I cant the icons for responding, on scene etc. the maps crash when I open them and it is very slow. Not great if you have an android phone

I was a fan of the app until the most recent update. Now I can't see if the dispatched units are on scene or en route once the call is chosen.

Definitely behind the iOS app, but it appears they are working on it and making improvements with the new update.

This app is terrible with the android platform. Crashes and bugs out the wazoo. Crashes when I try to open the app from an alert/notification, all the time... Fantastic idea and would be awesome to use regularly, but it's designed for apple... apps like this need to be even, across the board with compatibility. Especially when being designed for first responders.

The application is integral for my day to day operations in my county and for my volunteer department to know when we get a call and see what it is. I also use TC in my 911 ambulance job. Since this is used in public safety, the production team desperately needs to work on its stability for android devices and have parity with the IOS app. Loading the map seems to be the biggest reason for app crashes across bother IOS and Android users. Your app works great...when it's not crashing.

The mobile iOS app is great. They are trying to get tge Android versions compatible to the iOS and have made a lot of great changes. On the management side of things from the service to their software for incident command, it's impeccable!! It is very useful for the IC in many ways. From the ESRI layers that can be imported to the multiple interfaces it will share data with. This is a great tool to be used for the IC.

This app worked great....and then the update was installed. Since the "update" the app is slow, doesn't show calls when dispatched, won't upload new calls throughout the day and wont upload new critical notes while on a call. Everytime you reach out to support they give you the same unhelpful instructions (clear cache). Based on the other numerous negative reviews, it's probably the app (talking to you customer support) and not my phone.
