2022- No where to send a message. The app I downloaded doesn't have all the menu buttons at the bottom (as shown on this app listing). Useless and frustrating. Update: the tech team reached out to me & said it would all work after our first check-in at the daycare. It completely did not work for half of the parents. 6 months in, and still half the buttons missing at the bottom. Also, the "daily report" takes 3-4 minutes to refresh. One of the worst apps I've ever used. 2024 - still the same!

It's basically useless because of bugs. There is no way to communicate through the app after the child is dropped off at school it locks everything. Then there's a bug with the "daily report" where it always says "refreshing"so you can never actually get the update after you pick up your child. So the only thing that works is drop off notes in the morning before you drop off. Almost useless, not quite.

Utter garage. I'd give zero stars if I could. Slow, buggy, works a third of the time if you're lucky. My kids' daily reports show up days later if at all. Check-ins rarely work. Couldn't download photos for more than a month. Haven't been able to login for three days now. Emailing support is futile. Quite literally none of the base functionality actually works.

The interface on this app is atrocious. Functionality seems to be ok (our daycare just switched to it last week) and it has some nice features such as replacing the need for paper logs. But really, the interface is HORRID. We were using ClassDojo and it was clean, beautiful, and easy to use. Hopefully this company gets some UI/UX people in front of this app.

The app has definitely improved since 2019. Looks way more modern now and the functionality of the UI and workflows are smooth. One Request: Please place date and time stamps on the announcements that appear on the homepage of the app. Right now I can't tell when the most recent announcement was sent and how long ago it was sent.

I don't understand how the developers keep making the app worse with every update. It was glitchy 5 years ago, but functional. Now there are no errors. It just stalls, shows the pictures for the wrong child, and the UI is counterintuitive. Even swiping between pictures is in the wrong direction.

I miss the old UI so much. I have an android and 2 children registered under the app. I can access everything for the first kid (though it feels like a maze to find things now) but when I slide the image at the top to see my 2nd child's info, the app remains stuck on my first child. It only switches to my 2nd child sporadically and less than 25% of my attempts. Please FIX!!!

Was working okay for a couple of months, but now there are tons of glitches. Photos don't load even when I get notifications there are new ones. Typically, when I open the pictures section, I'm looking at images from two months ago. App seems to get stuck on previous dates and won't update memories. occasionally, when I go to drop off notes, it keeps saying that it's updating and won't actually let me tap anyting to put information in. Have deleted and reinstalled app with no success. Galaxy S7E
