A user friendly App. In my case the app had stopped recording the distance at 16.9 km mark. Probably, the app has gone into the pause mode. Luckily , I had the Garmin watch also recording the run simultaneously and the Garmin Connect captured all my run data. I recommend a feature for locking the pause icon as done in Adidas Running App, which I use regularly. This will prevent the pause to be activated inadvertently.

Not at all accurate. Records the distance more than what it is. Also occasionally stops recording after an hour or so. So one needs to keep checking it at regular intervals. Could be a major problem for virtual tmm2024 runners, especially since the last week's update. Was much better before that.

The app did what it was supposed to do - track your run, give you your run details - time, splits, pace etc. and also download your certificate. The 'motivational' excerpts were disappointing as they sounded stilted and insincere. Apart from this, as I said, the app did it's job.

Last year 2024 the app did not record my timings. But fortunately had recorded my data on Strava app. With a great follow up with procam the considered strava data. I had used App for practice run. But on event day it failed.

I could never start my virtual run with the app. It kept telling that the location accuracy was not good enough, though I could see myself in the map with 3 mt accuracy. The app must have asked me to run with the caveat that there might be inaccuracy and so I might have to run more. I had to then depend in my Garmin Connect to declare my virtual run completion.

Had a very bad experience with the app. App crashing multiple times after 9km , in a 10k run. Also lost all the run details and data after re-installing the app. Also it calculates pace based on elapsed time and not the active time.

I did 3 practice run so far. First 2 runs showed .5km more than actual distance. Last run I did 12km and app showed 16.5km. Request the team to check if app is measuring distance accurately. This will be a big concern for the participants of virtual run leading to disqualification for no fault of runners ! Please look into it with urgency.

I have not missed a single live SCMM/TMM event from 2011 to 2020 so, virtual run was not the first choice. I admit that it was a different yet welcome experience compared to participating in live event. One does wonder if the performance at the virtual run will be considered as a qualifier for TMM 2024 but, that does not diminish the joy of running with a few buddies and small group of supporters. The TMM 2023 App was flawless and motivating after every 2 kilometres. Thanks for the opportunity
