So wonderful that I can't find a word to describe it. Fails logins half the time. You can't even view your read messages. If I mark a message as read, I can't open it again. My phone reports that this has stopped unfortunately. Really, it is a lottery if such a message is not displayed. I hate this app. Do not download unless extremely necessary

This app takes a lot of time to load..😤 Many times when I open it there is no information available and I have to log out and then login again 🙄.....it doesn't contain much information...many times when it stops working I have to uninstall this app and on the other day I have to reinstall this app..... Takes a lot of time to mark a message as read.....😤make it fast working ☹️

Totally hopeless app, Shame on this company in publishing such a shoddy, unprofessional app with an unfriendly and sad UI. One cannot belive that management of prestigious schools in Pune have given you a contract. A simple activity like paying term fees is so difficult and unreliable. What should take 3 mns takes 30 mns, and neither the app nor the web interface works! Absolutely waste of time.

The app crashed on the very first login and keeps crashing each time I try to log in. I think my OS may be older than what the app needs. But thete should be some check for minimum system requirements.

It is so worst app that I have no words to describe it!! I typed my id and password correctly but it is showing me invalid login details again and again.It crashes often.I would have given this app zero stars!!🤬🤬Please don't download this app it is really a hopeless and worthless app!!😤

Everytime it is asking for login credentials (it is only affected for Android based mobile phones), no such issue happened for iOS. The developer of this App should fixed this issue immediately.
