This application is complete garbage. As a technician who is required to use this application daily, it is infuriating having to deal with the instability issues. Sometimes videos will upload sometimes they will not. Trying to deliver a consistent product to our customers is nearly impossible. Having to wait and make sure the video uploads is a waste of time, then you have times that the video says it uploaded and come to find out it has not. I wish I could rate this less than 1 star.

Very beneficial to client check in and ensuring the vehicle is in the same condition as it was in prior to work and having video evidence thereof. Downside is using VIN scan. Should it be incorrect and if the inaccuracy is missed, there is no way (currently) to edit from app the VIN so that it syncs to the main system

This app has gotten worse by the day, I use a Google pixel and it was working in the beginning. Then the camera in the app stopped taking photos. I could upload them, it was annoying but I did it. It's required at my dealership to upload. Now the video camera and photo camera and upload feature will not work. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Still nothing. Fix your app!

Worst app in the history of the automotive industry. Uploading a 2 minute video (required by the dealers they text2drive is ripping off) can take hours, if it even uploads at all. Constant connectivity issues, it won't save videos without you manually doing so, so when it fails to upload (it will fail every video) you lose the entire video. I'd be surprised if this app was even made by interns with how bad it is. The dev group must be kindergarteners with crayons because no app dev made this.

Very gung-ho about this app, and saw my upsales increase a small amount as a result. I have a brand new phone and constantly update when prompted. More often than not, however, the videos do not finish uploading (while also taking 10+ minutes to upload). I might get 3 successful uploads and then 1 or 2 that won't, or some days a whole work period where none of my videos go through. I always make sure I don't reconnect to Bluetooth or no other apps are open while txt2drive is doing its thing.

It does not upload the videos all the time. I get in trouble for not doing videos one every car. When certain videos are not uploaded that I know for a fact and have witnesses that I did a video. We have contacted support and and are doing so again. In my opinion the MYKAARMA platform is by far the best platform for videos and customer communication

I am forced to use this app in my dealership to communicate with my customers. I continually miss messages from customers. Within the app settings, I cannot turn on push notifications or vibrate. Every time I change the settings, and then reopen the app, the settings default back to off. When I do get a notification on my phone and try to click on that, it brings me to a clear page with nothing on it. Also.. doesn't work on wifi. Please help.

Updated review, 3/24/2020: The devs listened and fixed most of my issues with the app. The app remembers my login info now, although it does occasionally put itself into an auto login loop and eventually crashes, but a quick app restart fixes that. The "share instantly" feature for media works again! The only thing missing is when typing in a repair order number, the keyboard defaults to QWERTY, whereas I thought it used to default to a numeric keypad. This can be inconvenient sometimes.
