Good tracker but not always precise location. Usually, it's around the location and then sometimes directly on it. Also, it needs more instruction on how to access some of the features in the app as some of them do not work. One option for the watch is it should give a digital clock option for children, also have to keep changing the time to correct the time. But, overall, I do like this tracker a lot. Good buy!

Right now I'm still unsure about the app. I'm having so many times where I try to locate or try to update the app, and I get an error message of "no service equipment". The calling feature works well. My son can send me a voice message, but I cannot send him 1. Every time I pushed the microphone it won't record. Then if I try to send it via text, it says I have too many characters. I'm afraid when I really need to find my son, the app work. Update.

If you love barely functioning apps that shove ads in your face, this one is for you! After subscribing to upgrade to ad free experience, you'll still get randomly bombarded with ads and will need to go into settings to reset "no ad" option. Then you get to experience an app that's barely functions, constantly randomly resets settings. Might wake a child at 3 instead of 7AM because it switched to Bermuda time. Basically, stay clear of any "smart watch" that's bundled with this junk.

This app is a great idea but needs a lot of work. The GPS localizes the watch blocks from its actual location. The watch often doesn't connect when attempting to use functions through the app such as sound guardian or attempting to call it. The pedometer doesn't seem to work at all. There is no reply when attempting to send messages to the app developer.

I ordered a blue band for 7 yr old boy; but received 2 pink bands, 1 w baby dinos for a toddler. It took a lot of time, way too long to set up. Also, Bad connections. Really disappointing: Poor GPS is very inconsistent, meaning it might be right or Very WRONG by blocks. Another bad is the charge dies quickly. Very Disappointed that 1 of the charging devices broken in 2 days, (1 prong on charge was not made correctly, so it will not engage/ charge watch!) Overall, I am extremely disappointed.

The watch has worked wonders an gives me great peace of mind but the accompanying app has given me the blues. For some reason, I am listed as the Father (I am Mom) and it won't allow me to change it. The GPS in the app isn't always correct and the boundaries settings doesn't work. I have tested it to see if it will alert me and it doesn't. If it does alert me, it is with a super delay. The watch I enjoy but this app needs work!

With Regard to Prior comments about this app. If you do not know how to set up your own APN code which ties your SIM card to the network to the device to the APP - then this APP will not work. The APP does not seem to have an obvious feature to do this - so it generally DOES NOT WORK. I too, was unable to get this app to work with the OWL COLE watch - which the watch recommends Se Tracker. How do you send APN codes and set up the network. there are no instructions to do that. I found another app that looks exactly like this one - and it worked once you follow the APN instructions ON THE SIM CARD (I used SPEEDTALK). Note regarding comments on GPS. IT IS NOT GPS locational accuracy. Google/Wiki LBS - Location Based Services and realize that 0.5 to 4 mile accuracy is based on your cell coverage. It WILL NOT get you house to house accuracy - maybe a few blocks to city level.

App is fairly simple to use. Support is responsive. For US folks highly dependant on device, sim, and provider network (2G limited in some regions). Connecting to device for example one setup quickly 2nd device still having issues. Tracking based on network too for our case only picks up last cell tower pinged miles away. For Devs in the relationship dialogue after choose relationship the save is a little difficult to see in the top right corner very small text and not a very visable color.
