Very depressing. I googled through play store find my phone apps, and Family locators came up! Definitely read the fine print!!! I thought for 99 cents, try it, boy, was that a mistake directions giving to cancel through the Play Store couldn't even find? Never opened the app once other than to try to find a place to cancel. I woke up to 40.00 charge for family locator today, and finally, by emails, only was I able to cancel I at least I hope but don't even bother with trying to get a refund

If your family all puts their phones in the app. But you can't just find any phone by phone# it oretends to have found one you enter and makes you pay to get the results, and info it claims to have found by phone#. Then you pay to find the phone and its not even really capable of finding any phone by phone# and youd have to make an account for the device you can find so its very misleading and doesnt deliver what it claims. You can track family easy and free.

I thought I'd really like the app. It had features and details I just loved. So I bought it for a year for $49.99. When I included my wife, even though we were in the same car eating dinner on a road trip, it showed she was miles away...somewhere we hadn't even gone. I was so sad cuz I loved the app. It did cost a lot of money to not work properly so when I tried to cancel, I can't find a cancel option. And if I can get back the $50 I blew, I'll change to 5 stats for awesome customer service.

Very difficult to use. Difficult to zoom in and out in the maps. Very bad UX....... . Don't ask me to contact support, I don't have time for that. Update year an a half later: No improvements, you have to tap on the hamburger button multiple times to get the menu to show up, you have to tap on multiple times to open settings from that menu. Once the trial/subscription screen shows up, there is no way to close it or go back from that screen other than closing and reopening the app.

I fgured out how to get the free version to work(just back arrow out of the ads to buy premium). I like the app a lot. I use the free features. My only complaint is that Premium is way too expensive. It seems that it is far too overpriced. I think that if you lowered the monthly&weekly prices & offered an affordable discounted yearly option- a LOT more people would buy it (& you would probably make more revenue). It's just too expensive. But I'd probably purchase the premium if I could, I 👍 it

Working (not so) great. Time to update comments from 5 star to 1. Why does this app always run in the background? Even while my phone is sleeping and on data only and no GPS, this app will start up and run. I'm the Admin of this app. The problem is that it sucks down the phone battery in just a couple of hours! When I go to settings and stop the app, it just starts up again after a minute or two. Bottom line is if you don't require it, you should be able to STOP IT and it should STAY STOPPED!

When it works it's good, however, the location updates are terrible. Tracking almost always has a question mark on it. At this very moment one child was last updated 13 hours ago and the other a day ago. I have the paid version. Norton family parental control actually works better, but if this tracker would actually work the way it's supposed to it would be better. Basically, if you want accuracy your kids have to keep hitting the app to update it.

Customer service is horrible and useless. This is app is horrible. You can use googles phone location for all your phones, for free. This app is a scam. Don't know why anyone would download this when you can have the exact same service for free with Google find my phone. Which tracks where the phone exact location is and every location it's been. I would have given it a 0 star if I could. Way over priced. Ripping people off.
