Hate the new design. I'm with so many others in the reviews- used to love this app, prompted my friends and family to use it because it was so insightful. Ever since the addition of audios and especially the huge changes this year, I cant even tell what's relevant to me anymore. Its much more difficult to navigate and try to find the juicy tidbits I used to fawn over. I don't want to listen to audios. I don't have time to waste wading through irrelevant info. A big 5 to 1 star leap for me. Boo.

The app itself is good but waking up to $32 missing out of my account isn't. I canceled my subscription a long time ago and didnt have any of the features that are for subscribers. I didn't ask for this and didn't consent to a purchase. Somehow I got re-subscribed without being asked to confirm the purchase. Whatever it is please change it. There is nowhere to even see it in settings. $32 is a lot to randomly have taken out, I am unemployed and have like $140 to my name. Thanks I guess.

Edit:... Why did you change everything.. AGAIN!?! So are we needing to get used to a complete and total app redesign every few months? Your last overhaul fixed quite a bit of navigation and app layout issues that was created from a complete redesign of an already simple and quite easy to understand app. Now, another update that made it unrecognizable. Yet again, everything has changed. It's horrible everything about it... Horrible. Why?? Then u did it again. Ur losing people daily you no that??

I used to be able to give this app 5 stars, but the new update and change doesn't even look or feel like the same app anymore. It's not intuitive anymore, and it's a real struggle trying to find my bonds. And a bunch of extra content that's just flooding the screen. It's overwhelming and I usually end up closing the app within a few seconds.

New design is confusing, I can't find anything easily. For example, it shows the past moon phases to revisit thongs, great! It shows the moon phases for the current month, super! But I can't find the moon phases for the following month. I can't find a way to search for it, either. And now I have to go looking for my natal chart when it used to be just right there when I opened it. I find I don't use this app as much now because it's too hard to find what I'm looking for.

I really like this app, it's easy to use and feels so accurate - most of the time. One thing I'm having trouble with is that the menu bar goes right across the bottom where it says "go deeper" and I can never click on my daily insights for more information because the menu bar is in the way. And if you scroll even a little bit to try and click it, it snags to the previous or next page. Please make it so the menu bar is moveable or so that the "go deeper" button is more accessible!

I've been paying quarterly for 2 years now, and appreciated its accuracy. I loved how wonderful the prediction of fate was when I met someone, sadly it's gone now due to the changes. I've gotten used to the new app, but I do miss the community aspect, and ability to save my faves. The blue links under some info don't always work. Thanks for keeping the ability to read, as most people don't have time to listen to the recordings.

I honestly used to love this app. Prior to the new layout, it was easy to navigate and functional, and I thoroughly enjoy the audio excerpts. However, this new layout is confusing and hard to maneuver. I find myself lost, looking for friends and their timing updates and impact. It's all a bit confusing. Please find a way to bring some of the design of the old platform back. You have a great thing going, but you've over complicated the simple things.
