It can be hit and miss (A few cancellations came last minute, and even one made didn't show up. No call, no notice, nothing.) And it doesn't seem like Tidy is too concerned with that. Of course if you cancel last minute you get charged a fee, which I understand and agree with. But what's good for the goose is good for the gander. Tidy also makes you order a subscription to maid service, which is annoying unless you want to pay an additional 10% for a cleaning.But my schedule is not consistent.

I've used the app 3 times now, and each time was easy & straightforward. I've signed up for bi-weekly cleanings and couldn't be happier with the service. I appreciate being able to tip through the app, as I always forget to grab cash. Dawn does an excellent job getting everything clean, has great attention to detail, and is a pleasure to work with.

App won't verify any of my post that are from over a month ago. Won't sync with my calendar to avoid double booking. I have to manually enter it every single. I use multiple apps for jobs. If they were l like this I'd never get bookings. How's this for a positive review? It was positive a month ago. Should have verified it

I am currently at a job site I was sent to. Told in app that parking and access notes were on next page. But there is no next page. There is no phone number to contact a real person nor the customer. Also app does not tell you anything but address. No indication as to what customers want done. There should be someone that can be contacted to find out info, or to report an issue to. This is no way to run a business.

I paid $138 dollars for 2.5 hour service. Asked pro to organize items so I could go through them and instead everything was indiscrimately thrown away. Spent an hour sifting through trash. Checklist wasn't close to done so I don't know why the app even bothers to have you make one. I scheduled this service thinking they'd get more done in 2.5 hours than I could. This was not the case. I'd recommend doing it yourself or finding another service.

This app has a subscription cost and it is not clear that you are signing up for it. I signed up for a one time cleaning and no one came to clean. When I asked for a refund they only refunded part of myoneu. When I asked again they refunded all but 30 dollars. Then suddenly this month they started charging me a 20 a month subscription fee. There is no easy way to cancel. Do no give these people your credit card info.

horrible cleaners. one of my cleaners showed up with one small cleaning rag. and she never used it to clean anything. she spent most of the time splashing water in an empty clean sink. most of them are lazy and dont want to clean or do anything. they waste time pacing back and forth. and moving obscure items for no reason to other side of room. they trying to waste time and look productive. like a basketball or football player running out the clock cause game is already over.

Tried 2 separate times to have a cleaning done and they booked 2 separate "top rated" cleaners but both no showed. I needed my place cleaned both of the times. The only reason it isn't 1 star is because they gave me a $10 off coupon the 2nd time. I'm not going to use it because I'm uninstalling.
