Tigo Energy’s next generation EI mobile application is the most powerful asset management and commissioning solution for your Smart Solar PV array.Lay out, configure, commission, and monitor your system all from your mobile phone. This application not only monitors your array, but it also enables you to interface directly with Tigo's Cloud Connect Advanced (CCA) software via local Bluetooth technology. This enables installers to configure Tigo systems, troubleshoot system issues on-site, set up the connection to the internet, and much more.
Similar to Tigo’s web-based software, you can see a system or fleet of systems with an intuitive interface. Once you download this Tigo EI app, you will be able to manage your system on-the-go from anywhere in the world.

The one star is indicative of the fact that the real-time panel data has been removed. You use to be able to see the ts4 module signal strength and power being produced in real-time. With the forced automatic firmware update of my CCA'S that feature was disabled or doesn't work. That was the only reason I chose this setup, to see any issues in real-time. The app doesn't immediately update and is useless to troubleshoot systems issues. Shame on Tigo for this as I no longer have what I paid for.

New version sux. 1, you have to click on top left menu to get day, month, etc. Then reclick to get the dropdown to clear away. 2, Early in the month when you want to see the numbers, they're partially hidden offscreen to the left. 3, it's my data. I bought ur hardware but I can't see more than 1 year unless I pay? Really Really disgusting how they rip u off.

Overall the app is good. But you cant go back in years without having to upgrade your app access and pay a monthly fee.... Also with the recent change that was made on the app when you go to view production you can read the numbers on the left side of the screen to see the amount of kilowatts produced...
Bold Spark
This app is clunky and does not report real time progress with discovery. We are working large fields with as many as 8 CCA it has literally been a nightmare getting all RSD to latch on to the T4 tap units and report. This stuff has been a heavy burden on man hours. Overall functionality of the app and the installed system is close to nill. It's really surprising to us that this company remains in business with this product, especially having experienced the lack of tech support and instructions

This app is so poor and needs a revamp,the tech is very good but the app lets it down. The live data lags,the graphs are too small and you have alot of clutter. What would make it far better is to have live info for generation and house usage running alongside each other on the same page,that way you know if you have any spare electric going to waste. The where you live and the weather page are a waste of space ...after all we know weather we live and the weather changes all the time. I am yet to find any page that breaks down the whole of the tigo app...for me this is one of the worse monitoring apps i have used,my app with my moixa battery pack was far better and also the app that came with my owl system put this app in the shade. dont want to sound like i`m doing it down but i`m really disappointed with the tigo portal.

App is nice. I managed to solve login issues by restarting my phone. I would like to request that the sunrise/sunset make logical sense with orientation. I have placed my panel layout to match my roof. I've made a label for North and South (wish there was just a compass we could place too). Logically, one tends to place North at the top, and South at the bottom, but the sun animation starts on the left and moves to the right. That would be west to east. It's kinda funny. Just a request.
