Update :English version please ! Still waiting for English language support. It's a really great app But an English language option should be available. Many telecommunications companies in other countries provide an English language option. The app itself is excellent, good information on charges and available packages. It will have 5 stars if they provide an English option.

Does always insist to show notifications. Something i hate about apps. Does its job but I hate the insistence about showing notifications. Other apps "learn" user's preferences. This one absolutely "doesn't".

Terrible app. For example, I have a subscription to a package for 450TL. There are 899TL in the account. In the first 28 days they take 450TL from the account, this is okay. But at the end of the second 28 days, the app simply takes the remaining 449TL and does not renew the subscription to the package. Instead of turning off my subscription and waiting for me to top up my balance, they simply take the money from my account without renewal! The app cannot track history of deposit&debits.

Consumer Beware! Impossible to view and cancel different bundles you've subscribed to. Once the data is used up, it'll disappear from the app, but recurring charges will continue. The worst part is that the app will fail to make a connection for the payment and prompt re-entry for the code. You will find out you were charged 3x for the same amount within minutes. You will not see any notification or evidence of it in this buggy app but the bank statement will shock you!

it doesn't work exactly when you are going to check your balance. it doesn't show on time. for example when you check you will see you have 800MB after 2 or 3 hours you also didn't use any internet. but when you check it again it shows that you have 500MB. there is two option. the application capacity is very poor that it doesn't work on time. or maybe they steal. If the problem with the application please fix it and Provide us transparent information.

They increase the prices randomly. 5 GB mobile internet for 8$, isn't it unbelievable? If you are coming to Turkiye, use your own operator and buy a global internet package, trust me, as a previous user of all Turkcell, Vodafone and Turk Telecom, all three are horrible, you will pay ridicilously too much for simple thing

- No English is absolutely killing the app. At least give ability to copy-paste text, so google.translate can be used. - very slow loading every single page - annoying popup with user icon to add subscribtions - very complicated menu without any reason. - all those free SMS from the package for nothing, if you want to send SMS to 4-digit number. Why? + Visualization of current package state, although with massive delay.

As a foreigner, I don't know Turkish. So, I was trying to change my language into English but so far, there is no option for that. It's terrible. If there is any way to switch to English language, please let me know. Otherwise, I will keep the 1 star rating.
