Crashes constantly, not sure if it's the app or the P.O.S. handset. Can't put any other apps on it. (Can't even add new contacts or update old one's.) But it has plenty of space for all of google's bloatware. I would give it 0 or even -5 stars if it were possible. And about the new update supposedly fixing the constant crashing? The only difference I can see is that now I can't even send text messages half of the time and it crashes constantly crappiest app I have ever seen!!!!!!

Frustrating. Always crashes, data runs out within 2-3 weeks, I have yet to finish typing out a complete text or a finished app. The battery drains faster than other phones I've had. The real joy about this app is maybe whoever is on the other end of a call can hear me. It's a coin toss everytime. Maybe you will hear me...maybe you won't. At least it ALWAYS lmk, "MyTruConnect keeps stopping" UGH!!

The service is great. I renewed my plan for another year. I qualified for a free phone through the "Lifeline" program. The sad thing is 4.5 G data, doesn't last the whole month, so I only get internet access about two weeks a month and I can't do Google searches. 😥.;or get my updates. Bring ACP back, please.

The app literally doesn't let you select any of the options or tabs, I'm trying to transfer my old number with the new sim card and I can't get to that option much less do anything besides look at the main screen

Severe weak signal .Dropped calls or not received at all. It's TMobile service provider but it's very weak . Nothing has changed on my end. The signal for calls has dropped drastically.

Cannot get my phone to stop trying to send my zip code keeps saying unable process request. Just finally could call out using my house wifi. Was on hold over a half hour & no one would answer when I called customer support. I've called several times today and now I'm just completely frustrated 😠 😡

Every time I use the phone it crashes so my conversations are disrupted. Says app not responding wait or close. I've only had this device for a month as of tomorrow. I called to request a replacement or tech support to fix it myself and was told I had to buy another phone! I just wanted to swap out the device with one that works. I'm not going to buy another device when the one I already have doesn't work properly. That makes no sense and neither did the agent I spoke to

The service is ehh, okay. But the app will not let me top up in it. I have to go to the websight to do it. I thought that was supposed to be a plus thing about the app. Used to be anyways. Also it dont tell you when you're data resets at all app or websight. Odd cause all other phone companies do.
