Wish the app had hyperlinks for addresses, to go to a navigation app, and for phone numbers, to call a facility if a number is provided by dispatch. There are some other issues I personally have with the app. The main one is that normally, if I accept a dispatch reservation, it goes to history, and I can use the full functionality. Such as noting that I've arrived or departed without asking for it to be resent. Other than that I think this is a wonderful app. Thanks for the development of it.

this app needs help, ive been trying to get it fixed for almost a month, will not crop around document, and turns phone camera into magnifying glass, so its worthless, i have to take pictures with phone camera, download them onto phone, transfer them over to pcs. techs are calling and giving suggestions, That dont work, so go back to the drawing board and get it fixed.

This app is fkn junk. You can't log in to the admin section which is where i would log in. NOPE YOU CAN'T SO THIS APP IS USELESS FOR ADMIN USERS. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't login to admin. If your using this app, there is a law suit that is starting soon against PCS for failing to adhere to FMSCA rules for recording drivers logs. App fails ALL the time. We started up a device for a driver and it showed him in San Diego, Ca., problem is we're in Florida.

Asks me to click "ok" or "cancel" too much. Reminds me a lot of windows when they would ask if you wanted to shut your computer down immediatly after you clicked the shut down button. Would give this app 5 stars if they were not constantly making me click "ok". The "ok" and "cancel" prompt needs to go away.

When up loading photo files you have to go back & forth into the photo gallery instead of being allowed to select all photos pertaining to a specific load number then edit, classify & upload. The same issues when inspecting up loads your not allowed to inspect them all at one time it's back & forth. Too images don't expand , they're not able to be blown up to better inspect or slide thru all photos at once and approve them. 👎🏿👎🏾👎🏽👎🏼

Fails to load at the worst possible times, just a blank screen. When it fails its on both phones, not just one. Ok app when it works, but consistency is a must. App is required by work.

The number of times this app asks me to click "ok" is ridiculous. ALL of the prompts asking me to click "ok" are 100% not needed and a complete waste of time. Clearly designed by somebody that cares only about red tape and not at all about functionality. There is a company that has the slogan "just do it". This company should consider that. Stop waiting for me to click ok and just do it.
