The update made the app annoying to use. The camera mode to scan the bar code doesn't function most of the time. The smart scale has to be reconnected every time. It keeps disconnecting with health tracker. The daily blood sugar doesn't even load.

the app was fine the company discontinued communication abruptly with no explanation. Everything was disconnected and I was blocked. No explanation what so ever.

06/05/2024 Service is good at first then tapers off dramatically after your first 30 days. You are told about it but is 2 days to a week before response average. wrong prescription is given and it's your fault... no way to reorder your prescription in the app you must type out a drug request in chat and if you miss type it that's on you also. The app has worked I have lost weight and on fewer prescriptions, app slow and sluggish after the redesign nothing new just a long load and save times.

Edit: the customer service team called an apologized for the abrupt ending. I would defintintly recommend this program if your insurance covers it. Brought both my A1c by 3 points and my weight 55lbs. Original: Cut off with no warning! After 6 months of using this service my insurance apparently stopped covering it and I was given a final date of 7/21, I ask them to double check, they came back and confirmed I was no longer covered and immediately deactivated my account a week short of the 7/21.
