Galaxy S23 Ultra, I haven't been experiencing any of the connection issues others have, it reconnects every time. I set up the lights the one way I want them and then basically never use the app again. Not using crash detection either. One actual complaint I have about the apps UI design... if I start making a new preset where it is asking me to input a name, I have no way to actually back out of that screen. back commands don't respond and I have to force close the app.

the app is unintuitive and needs to be redesigned. On random basis the Aura helmet cannot be detected by the app, you need to uninstall and reinstall it and reset the helmet for it to be visible again. The helmet is good but the app not so much.

so often I turn on both the helmet and the app...and the app refuses to connect. Thankfully the helmet is working fine, but the app just doesn't recognise it half the time, or takes nearly 10 minutes to connect.

This app is absolute garbage. It says it saves my paired devices but if I go a few days without using them the app doesn't pick them up at all and I end up having to repair everything again which is a huge pain. Fix your terrible app Unit 1. You charge a premium so customers expect this app to work properly.

Buggy app, very very inconsistent connection with devices. Most of the time the app completely fails to connect with the helmet and lights, rendering it useless. What's worse is the different lighting modes on the devices can only be controlled through the app, so the bugginess of the app makes the experience of using the helmet and smart lights worse as well.

Syncing my helmet, smart light, and nav remote went relatively well. I was able to create a custom setting and upload it to my devices. After that, it took a week before i opened the app again. Now when i open the app, it no longer detects my devices, so i cannot change any settings. All my devices work well together but the app needs more development.

The app is very confusing with how it's set up as it doesnt explain how you have to flip to get the front and back lights... There is also a bug in the app. When you turn off the lights after putting your settings in, the app won't detect them when you turn the lights back on. You have to disconnect the lights from the app and reconnect them to change any light/indicator settings. Which....is very annoying to say the least. Lights are absolutely lovely, but this is kinda silly for their price.

The app has a lot of bugs please invest into fixing. Some of the touch actions you can take in the app do not respond. This is frustrating because it cancels that action. There are often times when the helmet connects the app it indicates you are running a selected light profile, but the helmet is actually doing something different. The app often gets into a loop on startup. I'm not sure I trust the safety features at this point. Considering the cost of the helmet and controller, I expect more.
