Signed up. Registered. Upon doing so I was told if be receiving a call from a rep. Well that was 10 hours ago. Called to speak to someone and guess what? Couldn't understand a single damn word he said. Not getting my business.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON UBER APP ON PRICES. So on Uber the cost says $243 weekly rental with $100-$200 deposit. When the rep called he is telling me what's on Uber is wrong and it's $400 weekly rental, plus $249.00 down. He is telling me that $1600 per month for rental is not bad. I say to him if I make $1000 weekly and give UCars $400 out of it then what do drivers have let to pay bills and feed their families? They are advertising FALSE prices & wasting your time on a phone call. DONT USE THEM!

Update: As requested the app is all up to date and now I cannot use the support chat as needed and I cannot seem to reach maintenance when I NEED a new car battery since mine has gone bad
