Too many last minute cancellations, leaving one, no time to make alternate arrangements. Can book driver only for journeys which one can forego, if there is a last minute cancellation from Drive U. Last time I tried to use driver from this app, the cancellation bu Drive U app was done 10 minutes after my scheduled time. I had to book Ola rentals as my journey was not avoidable. Meanwhile I started using Tat D app. They are prompt and more cost effective too.

Drivers are unreliable. Even if you book a driver 1 day in advance, they can easily be a no-show in the last minute and DriveU will not provide much assistance in arranging an alternate driver on the right time. You are better off booking from your local Driver agencies rather than this useless app. However, it has been useful only in one area so far - Booking Car Washing at Home, which is quite good and proper service is provided. This is the only reason I am giving one star instead of zero.

Unreliable app ! To many last minute cancellations ...even if u book in advance still no driver details to be shown .. when you waste time speaking to customer support the only respond is "Please be informed that we do not have ready drivers available, drivers are only allocated based on the real time availability, unfortunately there are no drivers available in and around your location, hence its taking more than the expected time" standard copy paste message to every respond. Terrible experience with DriveU! Booked a driver for 3 AM for an important airport round trip, but the driver never showed up. To make things worse, customer support was completely unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. DriveU cannot be trusted for time-sensitive bookings. Extremely disappointed! Would not recommend at all.

Do not use Drive U as the quality of drivers are very bad. Most drivers do not know the routes and rely on google maps. They often drive very rashly and almost never reach your location on time. While there are some good drivers but my experience has been especially bad in recent times. There is no background verification done and any random person can enroll. The drive u secured does not cover vehicle theft and it is a significant risk. I am now scared to even leave the driver in the car.

UNSAFE: Used for the first time to book the service for my senior citizen parents so that they reach home comfortably in their own car, but to my utter surprise I got a call from my dad an hour later saying driver stopped the car at metro station way before the drop location saying he has to take metro to home. What kind of attitude and service is that and who does this to senior citizens. How safe is this for women and senior citizens if the driver can refuse to drop you at your destination.

Highly unreliable service, i had 2 to 3 times -last minute surprises collapsing entire plan-either driver didnt reach the location, got diverted to some other location or just 10 minutes before the time recd cancel message. Can't be trusted for important engagements. Call centre/customer service not reachable as well. Hours together-just recorded message keep playing!. You will feel helpless thats it!!

Least dependable when it comes to it. There were probably 3 or 4 instances at different places and different times, where I tried booking the driver beforehand and all those times the drivers refused to show up. Highly disappointed, better book an Uber or Ola, at least they are dependable. Uninstalled
