Ridiculously difficult to get logged into this App, at least 10 failed attempts before I accessed my ticket, then it shut itself down just as I was getting to the turnstiles. Only positive was that the gate did at least accept the ticket first time (which wasn't happening for everyone). What's wrong with email/print at home tickets; especially as this method of entry assumes everyone owns a Smart Phone Don't even get me started about the personal data required on App, completely unnecessary 🤦‍

Unesecessary amount if information required to register, then simply does not work. Looks like a lot of people are having this issue. No other way to collect expensive tickets than to use a flawed app. UPDATE: attempted 4 times. Cleared cache, tried again and it let me in. Could be very stressful if you leave it until the last minute.

Very dissatisfied with this app. The app kept saying the tickets were on another device. I hadn't registered on any other device. Helpline were very dismissive and didn't help at all. My privacy was an issue as I was bombarded with requests to switch on Bluetooth & activate GPS location weeks before the fixture. Even though the app is uninstalled it still shows up as on my mobile device. Not a Happy experience

Absolutely useless. Arrived almost an hour before kickoff & along with several others spent ages (about 40-45 mins) and innumerable attempts to log in. Constantly got message about not having internet access, when I did. Switched phone off a couple of times, which was working for others, still no success. Have more tickets so will have to use this useless app again before I can delete it 😭. Thank goodness I only had my ticket on the app & no children's. Whole ticketing process has been awful.

The app is not working correctly. Bought tickets, downloaded the app and logged in. Bought a new phone, cleaned out the old one and sold it. Now I can't access the app on the new iPhone. It says the app is already in use on another device and I can't log out of it. Customer service is not helping to resolve this issue. So I was left without tickets to the tune of 400 euros.

No issues with app itself, which is straightforward and easy to navigate but impracticalities encountered at gates when scanning into Wembley Stadium when time is of the essence and there are other supporters behind you. This is especially so when you have multiple tickets on device.

An insane amount of personal data to access a ticket is requested, instead of allowing an eticket PDF like pretty much any other venue. Not only do you have to download the app, but also give personal ID numbers and allow access to location.

When entering your details to obtain match tickets, if you go outside the app to do something else, it does not remember and takes you back to the first screen where you have to enter your details again, from the beginning. Useless app!
