The UltraSync app provides real-time management of security and automation control systems from virtually anywhere. Optimize the safety, comfort and convenience of your UltraSecure products with UltraSync.

Constant loop when trying to view history, settings, anything on the menu. Will not allow connection to any camera settings. Is good for arming/disarming from the phone. Once gave notifications for everything, but now I can't get into the settings to see what changed. Not good if one wants a security system they can review from their phone when away from the main panel. Running s3, but the website states it will run on Android 4 or higher. S3 is still 4.4, so it should work. Phone restarts don't help, and I shouldn't have to uninstall/reinstall to get the features.

Not sure if it has to do with the app's updates, but history has stopped to get updated since Match '24. Push notifications had stopped earlier (I have tried everything with the permissions). When first installed I was receiving the notifications as expected I use the app 1 year now and hopefully I don't face any other issues

Can't get into the app. Requires pin even though I've set it up to not require one. Then tells me I've tried to log in too many times after I've only tried once!!! Update, 6/27/20 - haven't been able to get into the app in about 2 weeks! Gives me an error message that I've tried to login too many times after I've only tried once! Worthless app!

The app is great but I would like more ability to change notification sounds and in-app. I would also like to see alarms and notifications display different, as I would like to see a possible alarm come up flashing red and normal notification show as normal. Just little things.

Very good app. I've only had one issue, and that is that I only get notifications by putting the my devices' "addresses" (e. g. [email protected]) in the 3 email slots on the email notifications tab. Without that, no notifications and I'm limited to 3 users that can receive notifications. Any suggestions?

I was a certified dealer and installer of this system and still currently have it in my lake house. I strongly advise going with something different. This system has way too many issues and every update they do seems to mess things up. The app also just seems outdated compared to everything else on the market.

Can't communicate to panel via app after latest update. Since January my app is giving me an error by saying too many logins failure then sometimes I get into the app I triy to arm the system the app looks like it's busy spinning spinning then it logs me out with an authorization failure. So every time I log into the app I either get an error or when I'm in the app it doesn't work.

Had an issue with the app because the water leak detection control panel wasn't properly connected to my wifi. Daniel from Nowa tech support fixed everything with me on the phone in a couple minutes. Friendly support is always appreciated!!
