Good app except the following: Numerical value for weekly avg calories is missing. Only shows line graph. All others show the numerical value. Workouts. I know it's in Beta, but it shows half of the actual calories for cardio. Locking movement at midnight. This prevents seeing data about calories burned, steps, movement index etc until you sleep or take 500 steps. Locking for the next day is fine, but it prevents ALL previously recorded data from being reviewed.

The app itself has a good design, friendly interface, nice design, and works well. However, we have very little control over which notifications we get without turning them off completely. I don't want to be forced to get 14 notifications throughout the day just to use the app. It's 9am, and I've already had 5 notifications from it this morning.

Very good, great for motivation especially... -1 star because running/walking distance is given in km with no option to switch to miles which ive literally never seen ever... on any app which has reason to measure one, the other was always an option so this feels uniquely lazy to not add and would take maybe a half hour to code if you were a really slow programmer

The only PRO is this app taught me to go to bed 1 hr later for a better sleep. I'll give it that (2 stars). But I'm on month 4 now (CONS): fails to sync, loses data, forces notifications, battery life is now about 3 days, forced updates to use app, and the steps are way off! Firmware updates to the ring, app updates, soft reboots, & factory reboots have not resolved the problems. I tried wearing it to monitor my sleep only, but it won't work unless it's worn all day! Greedy data harvesters!

Oura features without the cost. Oy 48 hours into this but this is a great fitness ring. I had an Oura Gen 1 that finally bit the dust (after 3 years) but was not thrilled with them requiring a subscription for features I got free with the original. So decided on the Ultrahuman. The app is a little hard to read due to dark background and small print but functions a lot like the Oura app. Overall,I am very pleased with the ring and the app.

I haven't been able to find detailed documentation of what the app is showing me. It includes a variety of fairly arbitrary values ("Sleep Index", "Movement Index", "Dynamic Recovery", "Stress Rhythm", "Temp deviation", "HRV", "Cardio Fitness", etc., etc. What do each of these mean? What's the scale? How are they calculated? What's a user supposed to do with the information? Maybe there's detailed documentation somewhere...but I haven't found it yet.

Surprisingly good. Every other BLE app that I have struggles to maintain a connection to the device. The Ultrahuman app has yet to show any random disconnections or indecipherable error messages. Huge kudos to the devs for giving us access to the raw data without hiding it behind a single meaningless metric or a paid account.

Good product but bad development. The ring works great when the team doesnt mess with it. Every firmware update breaks the ring. 1st one killed it for 3 days. Made it useless and the app didnt even recognize it. They fixed that and my ring worked for one more week before another update came through and now my ring doesnt detect me wearing it . I want to love it but i just cant recommend this product when the team doesnt double check their updates. Update: I'm selling ring and changing company
