Horrible app. The latest update succeeded in making the UI even harder to use and less intuitive. It also keeps freezing and takes ages to load every page.

Really buggy as often it does not start at all. And collects way too much information for its purpose. I would entirely avoid it if I wasn't forced to use it to benefit of some services that Ballymore only makes available through this app.

Continual community spam with no ability to filter out the background noise. App mandates use of a screen lock - why? A totally unnecessary pre requisite.

Does most of what is expected but latest update has still not given us a home button on all screens and I bet the month end booking bug has not been fixed.

It says it needs me to update to access some features (gym induction) but it's already on the latest version, or no update available for my phone.

A good and useful start with room for improvement. For starters it would be helpful if a forum search facility was available and/or better topic categorisation system implemented.
