Teachers are good in teaching but the app is very annoying can't allow teachers to share their numbers. So we r not able to discuss timings and other issues with them. In fact if teachers are not online sometimes we can't message also. Because they didn't read messages on time. It's not like WhatsApp that we get notifications on time. I wrote email also for some changes in messages notification settings. But till the time I didn't get any response.

Waste of time and money. I have paid for subscription and the teachers list I see all are inactive when I call them. I wrote email to customer care and they called me back but they don't speak. Such a bad experience when we are looking something better.

The doesn't work in poco android mobile. It used to work, but for the last 10 days, it is not working. Contracted the support team but didn't receive proper help or support.

Don't download urban pro this is the worst app tutors will take demo after that they ask us to give good review feedback and after that they create a drama out of no where one of the tutor shared number asked me 10000 money is needed for my mother heart surgery you can add this for classes no need to pay for next two months and later she blocked me this is more worst app don't download and don't waste money its hard to earn worst app

They use zoom for meetings which has a recording feature and the audio keeps going on and out during the meetings . Despite no connectivity issues on both ends. There is no customer care number to speak to any exec regarding this issue, despite being a paying customer of the application. Very very poor service. This is a learning app based on meetings and the online medium, and if a person can't hear important parts of the training, how will it work?
