Very poor app. When I click on a notification, nothing ever loads from it meaning I have to go and find the article in the app. The live audio feed can never be trusted to work. Sometimes the Listen Here button goes missing, occasionally in the middle of a game! And was it the Preston friendly where the live feed failed in the middle of the second half. I also find it difficult to find things generally on there. I don't know who is in charge of your IT but I think you need someone new...

This app crashes harder than Everton in the table each season. When I open the app it crashes immediately. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times.

After the last update the listen now feature doesn't appear until 5 minutes after kick off and half time meaning I can't listen in at the time of kick off for the first and second half. This should be a easy fix

The worst app of the lot, never updates, is so slow. Can never get fan services to do the necessary updates etc. A complete waste of time.

I've turned off all notifications except line up information (for the men's team). Keep getting notifications for the women's team. Yellow cards, substitutions, goals etc. SORT THE NOTIFICATIONS OUT. Edit: 2 and a half months later and I'm still getting notifications that I don't want about the women's team. Seriously, please sort it out.

Ok don't see no difference from the last one except the scrolling and moving around the app is stuttery and not smooth like the last version, pixel 7 pro

Live match updates aren't live, they're about 10 minutes behind the action. Which means it's rarely used during a game, if you can't watch the match the live commentary is good.

Very poor service, keep telling my wife that her address is incorrect. It was entered to match mine, which has been accepted. It was finally entered by Holly from Everton Customer Services, and we were told it was sorted. Only for her to receive another email, telling her the address was incorrect.
