Was working but now "white screen of death". I kept un/reinstalling the app and logged back into it. Which usually worked... Then, once you get out of it, then tap the app back on it again, "white screen".

If you have Android then the app doesn't work properly. Everything takes time to load and keeps crashing. Verify difficult to manage shifts like this. Saw someone using this on an iPhone and experience was much better.

Dreadful app. It isn't fit for purpose. Unfortunately stuck with it. Only able to access stuff through the website which leaves the junk app as redundant as anyone trying to organise work with it.

Awful app, can't confirm my shifts so missing out on work. Can't change date format (it just says the same as the default when u try) can't set my date of birth (no text box) absolutely amazed companies actually use this garbage app

Truly awful app. It use to take an awful long time to load the app but now it has stopped working altogether. Have tried reset password but will not let me back in.

App works well usually. Starting to get fed up with app failing and having to uninstall and then reinstall. Doesn't happen with any other apps I use.

I cannot see any jobs on the general job board. Yet some others can see jobs and our settings are all the same. I lose work because of this app.

Currently the job board is not updating shifts. Have got new as 2 previous dates only. Unable to book any new shifta otherwise.
