I dropped the 2 step log-in, and apparently, some features of Mint will not function correctly with it turned on, like getting verification codes from other multi step log-ins. Can't look up any usage data beyond the Gig-O-Meter on log-in. You have to buy the most expensive plan to get a basic free feature from all other apps. So far, I'm not planning on staying beyond the initial 3 months. No warm and fuzzy attachments. Prepare yourself for hard to understand people when you need assistance.

I WAS SKEPTICAL! Went with it bc Ryan was involved. I LOVE IT! Very few service issues and I live in a very country town/area. A few suggestions coming later, but overall, why not save money and still have the options of the other companies. Love the fox.. each step well thought out and makes me giggle. Customer service is helpful!

This is the best app easy to use and the service is amazing when you get the sim card everything from the app to setting up is easy. The deals are great you save so much money and get so much out of it I literally have nothing bad to say all I could want from mint is please some time down the line make your own wifi company so I don't have to get fios that would be amazing! 🙏

Mint mobile has been exceptional. I love the tier of plans that are offered and the prices are great, too, for each tier. Affordable (for now). If you guys stay consistent, you'll never have to raise your prices. The service has been great on it, too. I haven't had a single dropped call. There are a few places where signal will be at a low point but it comes back fast and ready. Honestly, being the first phone plan I've had, very very satisfied. Would recommend to a friend which you can!

Mostly works fine. App has several very irritating glitches if you are in an area with slow WiFi or marginal cell coverage, or both. It took me better than four weeks to get my email verified and in turn wouldn't allow me to set up international use, so I couldn't text during my recent vacation. For me, this is NOT acceptable service! Finally figured out both issues were related, no thanks to customer service.....

The unlimited plan is good. But once you reach your data limit(seems like false advertising if it's unlimited) the internet speeds are practically non existent. If in home internet providers can provide unlimited data with no data cap, then mobile providers have the same ability, yet choose not to. I heard bad things about mint before trying them, and now I fully understand why.

First off Tmobile is salty. When we tried to switch, they cut off our service without being prompted to which made activation our mint service total hell. Then mint had all these technical loopholes u need to jump thru. Also, your phone might be compatible but that doesn't mean it will work. It might not be esim compatible or might be locked by your old carrier despite them saying otherwise. Been a week of trying to activate mint and now I'm out a week of my 3 month contract. I would never recc.

Great Choice and a Breath of Fresh Air. I should've done this years ago, the only thing leading brands have to offer is phone deals and wireless bundles. but as I don't change phones every other year and the wifi i have isnt worth the extra couple hundreds of dollars on the phone plan I am saving money with the whole package and this is great in an emergency. it was so much easier than I thought.
