Notification settings reset every time you open the app. How, in 2025, can any developer screw up something so basic, and not have a fix released for months on end? Aside from that, the app is fine in a generic, does-its-job sort of way. The notification bug is just unacceptable, though. No app with that level of issue deserves more than a 1-star rating.

Updated 2018 - keeps crashing when I try to look at player stats or Drives, whether at Camp Randall or elsewhere. About all it is good to me for is looking at schedules. 2015 I like being able to see updated stats. But it keeps refreshing to the top of the page when I've scrolled down. Also not obvious how to find specific non-scoring plays. Update - almost 3 months after reporting issue, the developer says they're working on a fix. We'll see.

Old review appears first, but SEE ADDENDUM BELOW. ...When I select Manage Tickets the app just disappears. It would be convenient to use my phone to enter games, but I can see that's not happening until the bug is fixed. For those who had a similar experience you can print any or all of your tickets from the email that was sent. I have the most up-to-date version--just downloaded it before the Marquette game. If this is how you want us to access tickets, you ought to get a better app developer. Addendum: I added added two stars to my original one-star review for the above reasons. I promptly got an email back from UW and an offer to assist the developer in troubleshooting. It was also suggested that I go into Settings>Apps>Badgers App>Storage and clear the cache and the data. I tried the app again and was able to open the ticket on my phone. If it keeps working, I will add another start or two as indicated.

The old app would let me go to a specific sport. Look at their schedule. View the roster. Now I have to select what I am to UW Athletics, pick my favorite teams and tell it I don't want notifications every time I open the app. I also can't find a roster or a sport specific calendar. Love the improvements/features.

Updated app has problems and appears to not have been tested well on Android. Favorite teams and notifications settings don't stick and have to be selected (or skipped) every time the app opens. Also the TV network logos are so tiny that they might as well not be there.

This app has now started crashing when I select the manage tickets link to move the tickets to my wallet. This did not happen until last week. I had to delete and reinstall the app twice for last weeks tickets and now the app is doing this again. Please fix. 11/18 update. Uninstalled and reinstalled but app still crashed in managed tickets.

I am trying to access my 70 tickets for one football game. I followed advise from another user and went to settings-apps-badger app-storage and cleared the cache, but it still resets back to the "Continue" screen after I tap on Manage Tickets. I reset cleared the cache again, rebooted my phone and still had the same problem. No access to tickets at this time.

The Android back button closes the app. On many screens, there's no easy way to go back one page which is a pretty bad experience. And the app should let you download/save all of the tickets for the same game in one action without making you hit several screens for each ticket. It's unnecessarily painful and it makes it even harder to transfer tickets to family or friends.
