What's up with the ads in the latest version? Why are you inserting ads into DVR content that I've recorded. Not to mention that they're two and a half minutes long every 10 minutes. This is absurd especially for Content I've already recorded that didn't have ads in it

They had fixed the DVR issue and it was working well. Unfortunately, again, the DVR recordings default to the empty guest room instead of the primary room being used with the recordings. It seems to be a constant issue that is fixed for a while then some update (not the app's) causes it again. Unfortunately, I can't tell which update app is causing the problem.

Far preferred the previous version, which made it very easy to manage recordings from the app. I now have to go to my TV to cancel a series, or record with options. I have difficulty seeing the TV interface, so the app was a blessing. I also miss being able to see a synopsis of recorded shows on the app. I do appreciate being able to delete DVR content from the app; I miss being able to delete a bunch of shows from a folder at the same time. I like that it no longer kicks me out all the time!

Awful! Only works once per use then you have to shut it down and re-open. Doesn't stay on the last channel searched as it goes back to only last channel entered to watch. Now you can't even go directly to watching the channel you selected because there's some kind of disclaimer explaining why you can't use this feature anymore as it tells you to use the remote! This app is now virtually useless.

Fix Playback! 4/5/23 Update: Finally they listened to everyone! They created an area for dvr and allowed you to turn off the auto play weather when you looked for a show. However, there needs to be serious improvement with the payback. Watching shows out of home I keep getting errors (in the middle of the episode that I need to be on home WiFi to watch a DVR show). Try to skip ahead and the app goes haywire and just throws you 30 mins ahead in the show.

Every one of my reviews is worse than the last. Now down to one star. I do like the latest feature where I can watch all channels on the mobile. My biggest use for this app is (was) the remote control from the mobile device. This no longer works, fails to connect to the STB. I presume because I don't have a FIOS router.

June 29 2024 .out of town. Watching dvr shows. 3 hour show started buffering at 3h 4 minute. Now when I try to view that show, it buffering and failed with an error code and submits trouble tickets. July 2023 I find it hard to believe, in this day of all the technology , that there isn't a way to reconnect with my home network when out of town. I can do everything on the app except watch my dvr after and reinstall of the fios app. Cookies, a file or even a way to reconnect. Thank you

Insufferable I tried watching a movie I purchased. 15 minutes in, there's an error and the app crashes. Tried to login again and it gives me a connection error (spoiler alert: There isn't one) Tried again, it says to create a ticket. YOU CAN'T CREATE A TICKET IF YOU CAN'T LOGIN TO THE APP!
