Great recent update. I like the added functionality when installing cameras to he able to look up the vehicle by ESN, Vin, or license plate. Please consider allowing us to change configurations such as enabling peripherals and setting an asset to 2 or 3 wire. Enable Fingerprint log in

It has its quirks, but calling Verizon support has never failed me, great ppl over the phone, the app like I said has its flaws but it's all we got, provide positive feedback and it can be great.

I've been hearing you're trying to charge customers $100 if their vehicle is not ready for the installation for the tech to do an install how about the rep get charged and getting paid no commissions on the sales for not setting up the app correctly when the tech arrives to do the installs,very asinine This is Joke , and seems to be no way to grow the fire under the chair to get this done whoever is in charge of the app is twiddling their thumbs

Again pointless can't even sign in to do anything and apparently your total by Verizon seems to have hijacked my account to replace it with another cuz my sim card is active my my device don't seem to match
