Found this application after tickets were officially sold out. It's a bit strange that there is no name in a released ticket, but I had no problem with passing control. I prefer official sales, of course (it will be much cheaper at least), but if you missed it, this app looks like a good backup plan

Never buy anything from them. They sell tickets to shows that have been canceled for weeks. When you show them this they claim the show is postponed. Even though the official page it says it's canceled. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my refund still don't have it terrible customer service terrible app. I hope the owners of this app die of cancer

I bought tickets for a concert the day before the event, specifically for the first floor at a premium price, thinking I’d get a decent spot. But when the tickets came, they were for the third floor, in a terrible location with an awful view! And guess what? They charged me the same price! Absolutely ridiculous. I should have read the old reviews because it seems like this bait-and-switch scam is their standard practice. I will NEVER use Viagogo again.

Not happy. I bought 2 Vip tickets that costed over £800 and I received the tickets today but I got 2 standard tickets that's about £12 - 20 each and was in a completely different place, not what I paid for and I never got the vip experience. Just found out that this is a resaling app and not a trusted app, and when you received the tickets, it sends you to a different app. This was supposed to be a birthday treat for myself and a friend and the experience was ruined, I want my money back.

I booked with them for a show and took them 2 days to email me the e-ticket. They charged my card $133, but on the ticket, mention $99! 1 day after I purchased the ticket, where it was 3 days before, and I received an email that the show was cancelled. Now I'm not sure how much I'm going to get refunded? 99 or 133! They don't seem legit to me at all. Don't risk it with them and use other agents to book your ticket

Never buy anything here! They did not warn that the real price of the ticket is 2 times cheaper! Support as if there are completely inadequate people! The service fee is crazy! Almost 50%!!! They are scammers! They did not want to refund the money for the services. (not for a ticket)!

Didnt get any tickets!! I spent hours on chat and phone with support, that assured me that everything is fine and ill get my tickets or alternative tickets (for sure, 100%), but that didnt happen. All the tickets sold out, so they probably just sold it in higher price. Dont trust this company!!
