i think this app needs to try to work something out here because as easy as it is to book something the loading time is 5x the amount needed from opening the app and being able to press book class. Something that should have taken a quick few minutes takes 15mins to do. Using the website to book is not accessible too so I'm at a dead end here

What an absolute junk of an app! Tried for hours to book my session and it never even get pass the studio page. Totally unusable!

This App is developed by a team young SG entrepreneurs and they have all my admiration. However they have chosen to ignore much of users’ feedback and those of us who joined in good faith are left with a poor experience. 1. Dated UI - basic boot strap build has not changed. 2. App wake issues - app not closed in the background will not load normally when woken up. 3. Integration issues - ClassPass integration is wonky without heartbeat checks. Dev blames 3rd party. Subscribe at your own risk.

I am asked to type in dob and need to enter the / character, but the keyboard only presents numbers. The three country choices of location does not include my country of residence. Seriously, what is going on?

The app takes a long time to load and it's very hard to click to buy classes. Sorting function is also off
