Invigilator Visibility: While I could see & hear the invigilator, he claimed he could not see me. Ultimate Failure to Access Exam: Due to the visibility issues and lack of effective support, I was ultimately unable to access and complete my exam. Results : No refund/ no reexamination (witohut charge afresh) for the isuues beyond my control by all rekated parties VICTVS V3, TestReach & gold madalist CIPS! Curse or best wishes to offer- hesitant.Hopefully I write reviews as to all of them someday.

I can't scan my ID. The App simply stop working when I try to push "✓" button to upload image. Can't understand what is the problem. Also when I open the App , even before entering the username/pass, first what I see is the window with notification that my username/pass is incorrect. It appears automatically upon starting the App. Of course CIPS candidates have no choice, but seems the App was created in a rash.

Registration steps not clearly guided to user. Probably some notification feature should any pending registration matters. Apps crashed...i hv unistalled and intalled few times
