MRI Software’s Callmax Mobile App is a great companion to the Callmax Automated Communications website, providing access to many of the same great features right from your mobile device including the latest iPhone and iPad. How did issues from 2013 return 7 years later in 2020? The app is required at my job, but because it won't work on Google Play, it put me at a disadvantage when compared to my peers. They can check things out at any point on their phone on our campus, while I can only do so at a full blown desktop, because they can't get it together. What irritates me further is that at one point it DID work, and flawlessly. I've been set back for MONTHS now :/

I have to constantly uninstall And reinstall it. When I open it, it flashes and closes. Then I have to uninstall it, and reinstall it, it works once or twice, then I have to start all over again. People have been complaining about this same problem for a long time! We have to use this for work, we don't choose to use this app. Fix the damn thing!

Heads up for anyone using the app. If you do not log out every single time you finish using it, it will crash, forcing you to uninstall and reinstall. Hopefully MRI will get around to fixing it one day.

I need this for work, and the damn thing crashes every time I open it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache and storage, still nothing fixes it. This is unacceptable.

The app is junk was way better before the mandatory update. Now it takes forever just to do the simplest thing like making a page out schedule.Too important of an app that is work required to be so glitchy

Love the crash issues🙄. I really love wasting my time to uninstall and reinstall. If i didnt need this for work this garbage woulnt be on my phone. Worst call app ive ever seen or used.

App used to work and now it won't even open. It crashes every time you try to open it. Somebody needs to fix this ASAP. MRI is too big of a company to not have a working app for CallMax. Alot of properties use this software and need it to work.

the app does not allow you to call from it and I have problems with this app all the time and I use it for my work but I am having them look into another call service for poor service that MRI callmax is giving
