I don't have a dashboard option so can't see announcements. I'm often logged out and don't get notifications.

2024 update: Another school, Vsware as the only communication channel and the issues are the same. Notifications for new emails not received, app randomly logs you out. Password not remember, total joke. 2021: Terrible app, pushed on us by the school. Will forget password login every couple weeks, notifications unreliable, so lots of important information is being missed. Can't copy or forward the messages out of this piece of rubbish.

Awful app. When I read a message it disappears so I can't read it again. No push notifications work to be alerted when message is there to be read. Abysmal

Since updating this app it no longer seems to be able to retrieve notifications, everytime i log in it says 'failed to retrieve notifications, please try again'. I have uninstalled, reinstalled app, powered off phone to no avail, I contacted vsware support a week ago when the issue first occured, to date no response. I am missing notifications, prior to the update the app was great now it does not work, can you please advise ?

Very buggy. Often can't view messages in app. It took me 20 minutes to read 1 email yesterday (28/2/22) because the app kept crashing out & I couldn't then open the message when restarting. This is not a one off issue. In January I couldn't make a secure payment through the app for weeks. This morning I received a partial push notification saying that ~MY CHILD~ will be leaving early today. No other information. The message it's attached to is buried inside the system and will not open. Dreadful

The app logs me out when not actively used after a while, as a result I am missing important notifications. Because of that my son nearly missed a school trip! Other apps can keep you logged in forever even after device reboot, so should this app! What's the point of having notifications if it only works when the app is open. Another issue. When reading a long message (which takes some time to read) the app decides to go back to the list of messages by itself - this is really annoying. Can it be fixed please? I will reconsider my feedback if usability improves. At this moment it is unusable.

I've been using the app for the last 3yrs but it has become totally unreliable this term. I am NOT receiving any notifications despite having notifications turned on. Consequently missing out on important information from the school such as school trips, early finish, etc. I have uninstalled and re-installed to see if this rectifies the problem but to no avail. Today, I have logged in and my daughters timetable is blank for the rest of the year and got failure to receive notifications message!

The last vsware was perfect. This one is not working and I have the same phone I don't know what is wrong with it ..it takes ages to load and then when I go into mail it only lets me scroll down a certain amount. Now it won't even let me go into it ...it just keeps loading the circle going around and around. I have no problems at all with any other apps on my phone. Please help with same..thanks
