The app is one of the worst apps I've ever installed. The app cannot stay connected to the glasses even with permission to run in the background and worse, it cannot reconnect anymore once the connection is lost. So you must unpair all Bluetooth devices, reinstall the app and reconnect the glasses. And you need to do all of this a couple of times per day because IT CANNOT STAY CONNECTED. Also, the app is full of other bugs but there is not enough space here to list all of them. Total garbag

It's on track, when i got my glasses i had no issues with downloading the app and getting it to work. I have realized that only the right side works well for the sound the left side is much weaker. The next issue i have is the charging case, it works but it's extremely difficult to put the glasses in the case at the perfect angle to get the sunglasses to charge. I feel the case needs a lot more work. I literally struggle daily to get my glasses to charge.

Has great potential. But unfortunately like its product, lacks the design foresight to fulfill the consumers' need and desires. The app is simple to operate. But there is a reason a lot of apps don't use this font, and the activity tracking feels like an afterthought. I'd rather they work on the EQ settings or allow more play with what interaction I get with the taps, etc. I have high hopes for this company.. after all I waited for how many years already? 😂

For everyone having problems with pairing, if you have connected without the app, forget the vue audio in Bluetooth. go to app info for Vue. clear storage and data for the app. then launch the app. after they ask for permission press allow for all but don't press to connect yet. go back to the app info screen for vue permissions and allow location and camera too. Go back into the app press connect go through the steps and you should be able to connect successfully.

I really wish I could give zero stars. From product fulfillment to functionality to support, this was a complete waste of money. I really wish I had tried the raw frames before I wasted money putting lenses in them. The audio is weak. I can hear them better when they're not on my head. They're ridiculously uncomfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. They're just bulky garbage. The app won't even load anymore. Please don't waste your money on these.

Unable to get LED notifications to work and often drops connection to the app and refuses to reconnect until the glasses are forgotten and readded. The UI in the app is pretty good. Would just like it to work with the glasses, am hopeful an update will resolve these issues. There's one pending, I'll add an edit if it helps. Edit, can't even log in anymore so that's good.

Takes forever to connect to the app. Sometimes it doesn't actually connect when I want it to. I can't get the LED blinking to work with notifications, even with all the right permissions enabled. Launch Assistant feature hardly works with the phone in your pocket. Starting to wonder if I should have invested in this 🙄

This was a great concept, but that's all it was. Glasses are uncomfortable, audio is absolutely horrible ($30 bone conductors on Amazon are 100x better), app is absolutely garbage (I could not even create an account, had to use Facebook login), glasses would say they are connected and show as a paired device in phone (Android latest on Pixel 4XL) but app would not get past audio pairing saying the glasses were not connected when they were. Support was useless and took days to even respond.
