Love the concept of this app. Tons of my favorite people are on here. I don't know if others are experiencing this, but whenever I try to watch ANYTHING, it force closes the app. The only way I've managed to watch a video is by first starting it on the app on my phone, then switching over to the TV to continue watching. If we can fix that, this would a great app to have on your TV!

Really great, I'm really enjoying the app . I am no longer watching any YouTube content that's already on this app. There are some ways it could be improved. It isn't really optimized for slow internet connections, it loses load progress when you rewind, and it could use a yearly payment option so I can just pay one $96 payment per year. Also, all screenshots are showing up as black screens, which I don't really get.

I love the people on here, and the content is amazing. But the app has recently gone from buggy to unusable. The video constantly buffers even if you set it at 180p, if you want it to play in the background as your working like i do itll stop working just to make you completely restart a video and try to figure out where you where. Try and leave a comment and the whole thing crashes. Also the merch button is so prominent you try and do anything and youll wind up on the merch site by accident

Almost perfect just please fix your offline capabilities, Im able to download videos but the profile tab is completely inaccessible when in low service areas making the downloads useless. (This issue is with the software as corridors app has the same issues) but aside from that frustration it's a very open and great content platform

Actually runs decently! I get watchable video quality on my slow wi-fi, it doesn't randomly buffer, tbh, it only buffers loading the video initially! UI needs some work though, I'd love to see the ability to choose another video while watching one and the UI has a very flat reaponse which makes it kinda just... I'd also like to see a channel list, that'd be helpful! Either way, great app! I get that it's new and everyone has to take time to perfect their trade!

Im digging Pepperbox. I do as much as possible to not use or support YT in any way and wish everyone would also. App works great. My only complaint is that Samsung apparently isnt gunna support Pepperbox app on their TVs so Im forced to broadcast from my phone to the tv. Effectively keeping me from being able to use my phone if watching the app. The Roku TV at work has the app available so its obviously a Samsung thing which makes me not want to support Sammy anymore if theyre censoring people.

For those wondering, after the free trial, the monthly fee is $7.99. Yeah, youtube is still "free" but how do you really feel about 60+ second unskippable ads, crippling censorship, and all of the many other issues with that platform. Pepperbox has all the videos you love, including many of those which youtube has removed, and many videos uploaded to pepperbox have additional content not allowed on youtube. And thats before you get to the pepperbox exclusives. Pepperbox is the best way to watch.

I love the content, I've been watching the unsub group for a few months on YouTube, starting with The Fat Electrician. Decided I wanted to throw them money and get the account, however the app opened for me on the first day well, and now it's barely wanting to open. Outside of that small QoL issues, when listening to it with the screen off when you go into your phone it turns off the video, when you turn off your screen it turns off the video. Last it doesn't auto play without a playlist.
