This is 4 or 5 star app for wattbike owners... When it's operational. Unfortunately the most likely scenario is that you'll be kicked from the login screen with an error message. While this is something that happens with most apps from time to time, at this point this has become a widespread and long running issue. Unfortunate because the app itself is well designed when it's working.

You can't stay logged in reliably - I use their sign in, not having Facebook or apple. You log in, wait 2 seconds and get kicked out again. Occasionally you can stay logged in but it's rare. When that happens it's functional if a bit weird on how you change bike settings. I am interested in the pedalling efficiency but it's only worked once. The bike itself is fine with Zwift.

Great bike and workout but unstable app workouts are top class but I find the more i use the app the more unreliable and frustrating it is especially across multipe devices. often find I get signed out just after login which needs a forced stop and reset. Also my workouts do not upload to Strava consistently even though its linked on both devices. This morning two workouts are in the wattbike hub history but not proceesses so cant even be downloaded as Tcx files. poor stuff really.

Generally I love the app and all the training on there. However the new update is not allowing me to sign in at the moment (Pixel 6), so is utterly useless. I'm sure they will fix it and I know how difficult it must be to do an app that works on all devices. Till then I'm having to use different apps to use my wattbike.

50% of the time, within seconds of logging in, the app logs me out again and takes me to the sign in page. I've updated the app but, time after time, I keep getting kicked out. When I try on an Apple device, 50% of the time the system won't log me in at all. I don't understand what's going on here. Any assistance would be great.

The support staff are really trying, and there's some very promising things here, but every time I've tried to use it, bugs prevented me from doing what I wanted: When I first got it, it couldn't run on currently supported Google phones. It worked on my Pixel 4, but without full features. They fixed the crashing bug -- it loads on my Pixel 8 now -- but now it is impossible to log in, on both devices.

Takes a few minutes everytime to login and find the bike to connect. Useless. Better off just using the bike display. Needs to be quicker to be useful. Couldn't workout how to change what level the test is on. Need it in 5 on 9 and couldn't work out how to change

Got it connect a few times to 2 different bikes, but that's in a hundred attempts. Shocking app from a well established company. After giving a break and maybe an update, still poor. Just does not connect to any bike. Rubbish.
