Among the relevant functionalities it contains:
- The mobile app will be the same for the driver and passenger, but each one when logging in will see different screens and operation.
- The passenger will be able to see the history of routes taken by the passenger, showing origin-destination, driver, time and cost.
- In the passenger section you can request a ride, where you can select up to 10 destinations.
- You can select if one of the destinations or stops will be outside the geozone, in order to add a certain value to the route.
- You can select a different location through the search bar offered by google maps technology.
- If the location shown by google maps is not so precise, for example if it is located on an avenue but not exactly at the exit of a house or building, we can move the pin or marker on the map to the exact location.
- Once the user sends the ride request, the system automatically searches for the nearest unit.
- The driver can accept or reject the ride.
- Once the ride is confirmed, a notification is sent to the passenger indicating some information such as the vehicle number (if applicable), the make, the model, the license plate, the estimated cost of the ride, the distance and the estimated time .
- At the same time, the location on the map of the route can be displayed in both driver and passenger users while the driver approaches the passenger.
-The driver can notify the passenger when he has come to pick him up.
-The flow of the app in the passenger cannot continue until the driver starts the ride course after he looks for the passenger.
-Once the driver notifies the passenger that he has arrived, a notification arrives to the passenger indicating that he has arrived at the place of origin of the route where the ride will begin.
- When the driver is waiting for the passenger to enter the vehicle, he can click on play to count the time of the ride that will be counted along with the distance traveled.
-The driver has the possibility to pause the time if he wishes to give him a courtesy time while the passenger enters the unit.
- At the end of the ride, the passenger is presented with the forms of payment, which can be by credit card, debit card, cash or voucher.
- In case of choosing cash payment, the driver must continue and confirm that the payment has been made.
- Once the payment is confirmed, a message is sent to the passenger indicating that it was so.
- The passenger and the driver are allowed to qualify, and in the event that the rating is less than 3 stars, the option is given to leave a message of the reason for a low rating.
- The same request to request a degree can be made through the web version (web app), from any browser on a computer.
- The process is very similar but the route in the web app version of the operation ends just when the driver arrives at the point of origin of the passenger. It is done so that a passenger generally does not take his computer with him to his destination once the ride begins.
