Great app. Does what it needs to do. 2 requests: 1. We need a much bigger tap area and preferrably at the bottom. This will ease single hand use on a phone and prevent tap missing when we keep our eyes on our runners. 2. Not sure if this is possible in Android, but if the app can prevent screen timeout/lock/sleep, that would be great. I know I can set it globally, but would it prefer to be an app setting.

A neccessary tool to register for races online but the app does absolutely nothing for you. Even though you create and account and use it to register for races or view the results, the app does not track races that you register in, and does not track your results. Why?! There are tutorials that tell you how to do these things yourself but the app is basically the opposite of intuitive so I didnt even bother reading any of them.

Absolutely love this app as well as the partner website. I don't know what I'd do without it. Real humans are available to help with any issues (even the ones caused by the human interface).

it is definitely not plug and play. Trying to input a start list on the desktop is so complicated.

I've tried different timing systems over the years. This is the only one I've found that has worked well and is easy to use. And the support is excellent.

Got set up last year for our 30-runner neighborhood 5k, and came back this year to find they want $50/yr now. That would be money not delivered to our charities, so I'm moving on. Too bad because it worked well, maybe 4 stars.
