A different bug everytime I update that is then fixed by reinstalling. The fact I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime there's even a tiny update is dreadful.

Continual crashing. Forever being kicked out of app. Refuses to acknowledge password or changes. Website behaves in the same way. Now, I decided to work. A few useful thoughts: Try clearing cache, browsing history etc. Also, when you change the password, it can take a while to update. So, change your password and wait for about an hour or 2, then try logging in again.

Had issues updating. As a fellow app developer I did the standard debugging steps but you really should be using an A-B rollout and not disabling legacy app versions. Loosing access to this during shift could cause problems with clockin and out systems. Suggest you at least give us a few days where the new version is released before blocking access with the old version.

Pub rota is not loading after the update. Please fix it. Update 16Oct2023 : Latest version - I tried reinstalling it from playstore and even running in a parallel space. Same bug persists. Recreate bug: Claim shift from a 3rd pub > that week of rota will not show up. Woking fine for weeks which was not claimed.

Trying to log on is difficult and lock outs are constantly occurring. E-learning freezes or is slow to respond, making training impossible. Forget trying to work offline, the app will not log you on!

Keeps asking to update even when on latest version

This app doesn't make sense, it's not up to date with everything especially my holidays. Rota doesn't show up even though I get a notification that the rota has been changed. It really needs a fix, badly.
