Great idea for the often crowded Wetherspoon pubs. However, seems to fall short in a number of ways: 1. The drink menus aren't very up to date. There's a number of craft and cask ales at the pub that aren't on the app. 2. Drink customization. The Wetherspoon I frequent (The Forty Foot) is out of the "No Mixer" option if you order liquor. How can you run out of nothing? Also, you can't select Ice/No Ice for a drink. If you want to try that 18 year old Jameson, you better go up to the bar and order it orooerly 3. Wait time varies wildly. Sometimes it's quicker to order from the app than standing in the bar queue, other times you have to go to the bar 20 minutes after ordering just to remind them to make your order. Overall though, I like it. I have to still go to the bar to order a number of things, but the app does come in handy occasionally. They just need to iron out the kinks.

Overall pretty good. Does what it's supposed to. It could however be better. It shouldn't ask you which pub you're at so many times and it should allow you to see the breakfast deals which include a drink upfront rather than having to pick food and drink and having the discount applied later. Good for tech savvy not so good for the not so tech savvy.

This is a great app. It allows you to order straight from the table without having to queue at the bar. It can be dangerous if you aren't paying attention to how many pints you have already drank. Love the convenience. If I had to go to the bar to order food, I probably wouldn't have done it but the app makes is easy if you get peckish.

More pubs and restaurants need to get with the times and use apps like this! Ordering all your food and paying on the app makes it so much simpler. My only gripe is, for some reason, it won't let me add drinks to my order. But my friend can so it could be my app specifically. Otherwise, great experience!

I have used the app frequently in the past, however, last week ended up ordering, payment was processed and charged, but the order didn't accept. I got an error of "arrays and traversables can be unpacked". Three other people had this. Me and my friends are attempting to get a refund from evasive Wetherspoons support so it's quite frustrating.

There is a huge flaw in this app. If I make a second order, the app will redirect me to Paypal, take payment, and then depending on the connection quality, redirect me back to the app to confirm I've made a second order. This last part is prone to failure as the app sometimes fails to produce this confirmation. You still get charged, but the order does not go through on the app. This has lead to multiple refund requests from myself meaning Wetherspoons often take two payments from me.

Always easy to use and pay for with choices of Google Pay, PayPal or Credit/Debit card. Pick a menu item and the app takes you through all the various options including free drinks - if chosen! Edit: Since the app has changed we find it slightly harder to order things but it does crash a bit more than before!

Functional app, and for the most part, is well laid out. However, why aren't swapping items on certain meals and option? For example, if I order a Large Breakfast at the counter, they ask if you want fried or scrambled eggs, but via the app you can only add more breakfast items, you can't choose between fried and scrambled eggs. Why not? If it's an option when ordering at the counter, why not include it within the app? Sort of defeats the purpose of providing an app.
