Extremely unsatisfied. I changed device and lost my original account and received a new ID. I spent thousands of dollars following a few stories over 2 years. There was a large balance left but Joyread insisted that there was absolutely nothing that they can do about it. Can't restore my original ID despite proof of account and credits purchases. Can't give me back the credits as well. The stories I followed for years n the values are all gone. Don't waste money with this site.

The story from the ad was ok. My biggest complaint is the cost. You have to buy coins/pearls to continue to read the story. For this one story is cost me $60. $20 for the monthly subscription and 2 different purchases of $20/ea for coins/pearls to complete the story. If this had been just a regular every day book I could have purchased it for Kindle for Android for less than $20. Not worth the price. If it was $20 monthly with unlimited reading I would happily pay it but it's not.

The last 2 months since the update. I've tried to subscribe to the monthly plan. As I've done in the past. But now I can't confirm the rewards. So I had to get a refund. Said it shouldn't happen again. I gave it the benefit of the doubt tried it one more time. Same thing. I guess no more paying for the box's. The help center doesn't help at all. I had to go to the app store to get the Last one. We'll see what happens this time

It has been great using joyread...although I must confess that the joy once had is no longer there. This is due to the reduction of credits from having to sit through endless ads to obtain And also the extortion in having to buy a few chapters. Now I don't mind buying a book with 500 plus pages and multiple chapters but I do refuse to spend excessive money only to buy a few pages.

After redownloading the app update, the app freezes upon opening and won't progress further. Probably saves me time and money as there are other reading apps with unlimited reading plans but still annoying when I find a book that peaks my interest.

This is another app that claims to be free but truly isn't. U get a few free chapters but then u need to pay to unlock the rest. It wouldn't be so bad if u were given pearls or coins for doing other tasks, such as downloading apps, etc, but that's not the case... So sad since there are some interesting stories to read

l love the stories but only give it 4 stars, (almost gave it 3 stars) because even though it says you can read all stories free it is virtually impossible as it only gives you free pearls to read one or two chapters a day, so it will take forever to read a entire story. l am not patient enough so l have download a few apps and at least 3 apps gives me beter readingrime. l will abandon this app once l completed my current read

Stories are addicting and you can always check the reviews before reading the book to see if it's good and completed. You also earn points by reading n can get rewards. Every day, you are allowed 2 free chapters on a book that doesn't have ads to read the book. ENJOY READING ENJOY JOYREAD. 100/100
