This app ALWAYS has issues whenever a survey is released. The IT help always suggests it's something with the users phone- delete and reinstall the app. That never solves the problem. The software itself is glitchy and consider the founder of the company is in IT, you'd think the IT help desk would better resolutions than " did you try turning it off and on again"

The concept of this app is good, but the execution leaves you disappointed. the photo area is nice until you download the picture and it's a 1/2MP of pixels. The check in/check out notification doesn't seem to work, and there's no direct communication with your children's teacher or way to communicate things about your child, be it a rash, a learning or life goal that you're currently working on outside of daycare. The ability to take "we have an app" and turn it into something amazing is close

Slow, not user friendly, too complicated and not direct, too many unnecessary functions. On the first day of the school year Sept 3, it crashed and didn't work. The website works better. Not a lot better, just better than the app. Disappointed because this is a part of what we spend money on and it doesn't seem like it's working well.

App seems to have capacity issues during peak times parents might be accessing it. The website does not have this issue so unsure why the app does. It affects general login to app and loading all areas within app you also cannot view same day reports in the app until after 5 but you can on the website.

Simply does not work. Apparent update non existent. Very, very disappointing. Don't bother downloading. If you do, please post your poor review so others know, but more importantly, so that the DEVELOPERS FIX IT. Disgruntled Dad and user review over. Thank you --- Using s9+

Not great ... can't get both parents' names showing to complete the surveys and I am constantly unable to login... keep getting message of insufficient Wi-Fi or data connection 🙄.. been going on for couple months now too.

I can check on my little one whenever I feel like I want to and I always stay posted on this app when my kid is learning new things. This app is really helpful.
